What are the dates and the location of HP Software Universe 2009?
HP Software Universe will be held June 16 -18, 2009, at The Venetian/Palazzo in Las Vegas.
What is the conference agenda?

Will there be an exhibit hall?
Yes, the HP Software Universe Solution Showcase will house our current HP solutions and a number of our key partners.

Registration
How can I register?
Registrations are accepted via our online registration system. Visit our Registration page to submit your registration today.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the HP Software Universe registration team at questions@hpsoftwareuniverse2009.com.
If a cancellation is received on or before Friday, May 29, 2009 (5:00 pm PDT), your registration fee will be refunded, less a $500 processing fee. After this date, cancellation requests will be processed with no refund.
Are substitutions permitted?
All substitution requests must be made in writing to the HP Software Universe registration team at questions@hpsoftwareuniverse2009.com. Once your request is received by the registration team, you will receive instructions on how to register as a substitute on the main registration website.
All substitution requests must be made on or before Friday, June 5, 2009 (5:00 pm PDT). After this date, no substitutions will be allowed.
If you are substituting for another person and you do not qualify for their discounted rate (i.e., early-bird pricing) you will be given the rate you qualify under at the time the original person registered. If you are requesting a hotel room and your dates are different from the original person's, additional dates will be accommodated based on availability. All substitutions are subject to a $100 processing fee and will be permitted only between individuals from the same company. The registration fee will not be refunded but will be transferred to pay for the registration fee of the new attendee.

Travel and accommodations
When do I need to arrive and depart?
Attendees should plan to arrive by Tuesday, June 16, 2009. HP Software Universe will officially kickoff at 10:00am on Tuesday, June 16, with Mainstages focused on your area of interest. The conference will officially conclude on Thursday, June 18.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Taxis and shuttles are available outside baggage claim at McCarran International Airport. Please see our Destination page for more details.
Is there parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking is available at The Venetian/Palazzo.
What time is check-in and check-out at The Venetian/Palazzo?
Check-in time at The Venetian/Palazzo is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

Miscellaneous
Where do I pick up my badge?
Please pick up your badge from the HP Software Universe registration desk. Specific location and times will be announced by March 1, 2009. For security purposes, please be prepared to show proper identification (photo ID and business card). It is required that you wear your name badge to all group functions.
What should I wear to HP Software Universe?
The attire at HP Software Universe is business casual and is appropriate for the conference and all associated events.
