The conference registration fee includes:

• Admission to Mainstage sessions, track sessions, HP roundtables, and the Solution Showcase
• Breakfast, lunch, and breaks throughout the conference, starting with breakfast on Tuesday, June 16 through Thursday, June 18
• Access to our exclusive evening events, including the welcome reception on Tuesday, June 16, and the conference party on Thursday, June 18

Note: registration does not include airfare, hotel, or transportation costs to or from the airport.

Cancellation policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the HP Software Universe registration team at questions@hpsoftwareuniverse2009.com.

If a cancellation is received on or before Friday, May 29, 2009 (5:00 pm PDT), your registration fee will be refunded, less a $500 processing fee. After this date, cancellation requests will be processed with no refund.

Note: a cancellation charge for hotel accommodation may apply, depending on the terms and conditions of the selected hotel.

Substitution policy

All substitution requests must be made in writing to the HP Software Universe registration team at questions@hpsoftwareuniverse2009.com. Once your request is received by the registration team, you will receive instructions on how to register as a substitute on the main registration website.

All substitution requests must be made on or before Friday, June 5, 2009 (5:00 pm PDT). After this date, no substitutions will be allowed.

If you are substituting for another person and you do not qualify for their discounted rate (i.e., early-bird pricing) you will be given the rate you qualify for at the time the original person registered. If you are requesting a hotel room and your dates are different from the original person's, additional dates will be accommodated based on availability. All substitutions are subject to a $100 processing fee and will be permitted only between individuals from the same company. The registration fee will not be refunded but will be transferred to pay for the registration fee of the new attendee.

Guest policy

Guests of conference attendees are welcome to attend the Thursday evening conference party by purchasing a guest pass for $150 (USD). Guest passes can be purchased during online registration or onsite at the conference registration desk.

HP Software Universe special events cater toward adults and are not intended for children. Persons under 21 years of age are not permitted to attend the HP Software Universe evening functions.
